Préparation
Cook the rice.
Cut the fresh tuna and avocado into cubes and place in a bowl. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, rayu, rice vinegar, garlic and shallot. Let sit in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Serve the rice in an individual bowl. Garnish with marinated tuna and avocado, hiyashi wakame, beni shoga and pomegranate seeds.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
