Kewpie mayonnaise

Green onions
Vegetable oil  

 

Préparation
Chop the green onions. Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the takoyaki balls until they get a golden brown color.
Place in a serving plate. Spread okonomiyaki sauce and kewpie mayonnaise. Sprinkle with hanakatsuo and chopped green onions.
Serve with beni shoga ginger.
